We are hoping that all members of our fit family are remaining safe and healthy at this time. We are actively preparing for our tentative date to reopen on May 4th due to Governor Sununu’s stay in place order, and closing all non- essential businesses.
Is the Laconia Location closed?
Yes, We will keep each of our members informed through social media; such as facebook and instagram to let you know any updates regarding the reopening. As of 4/9/2020 we will no longer have staff members in the club. So, please be patient with us during this time.
How do I cancel or freeze my account if the club is closed?
We have proactively frozen all memberships on your behalf, and you will not be charged any fees during this time. We will keep you informed and let you know when we are ready to reopen and we look forward to opening our doors to you with a clean, and sanitized environment. We are ecstatic to have you back soon! We are closed. Will I be refunded for this month?
Unfortunately the timing of mandates and closures lead to some of our members being billed after we closed. However, rest assured that you will not be charged for any days when the club is closed, and we will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle when we reopen. We want to thank all the people that continued to support our small business during this time! We hope you all stay safe and healthy during this time. We can’t wait to see you in May!
